Download the standard term and conditions : Standard Terms & Conditions(right click – save target as)

Step 3:

Download following Affidavits:
A. Affidavit of Turnover & Bank Account (right click – save target as)
B. Affidavit for Black Ownership for EME(right click – save target as)

Step 4:

Complete and Sign the application form, standard terms and conditions and Affidavits

Step 5:

Scan and email the forms to info@ardentgrp.co.za OR fax the forms to 086 691 3676
